Once you do, I’ll send you a simple 5-MINUTE QUESTIONNAIRE to complete before our scheduled call.
On the day of our consultation, I will call you at the scheduled time. During our chat, we will briefly review your questionnaire so I can get an understanding of what troubles are bringing you to therapy. We’ll also be using this time to get acquainted and make sure I’m the best fit for you. If I am, we will schedule your initial appointment. If not, I will give you referrals to therapists that I think will better suit your needs.
Once we’ve scheduled your first appointment, you’ll receive an email to set up your personalized access to the client portal. Prior to the appointment, as a courtesy, I will verify any insurance benefits you wish to use. Learn more.
Your time is valuable, so completing your intake paperwork BEFORE our first session means the red tape is handled. This ensures that our time together is spent on what’s important…YOU!
Our first session will give me an opportunity to get to know you and all your AWESOMENESS. Including the strengths and talents that have been suffering under the weight of your struggles, and the dreams and desires for your life. From there we can paint a picture of the future you ENVISION. As we move forward in our work, we will use this picture to assess your PROGRESS and polish your GOALS.
