I love simple Starbucks iced vanilla lattes and artfully crafted 4-course meals. I’ve traveled to 35 countries, and lying in my cozy bed watching my favorite shows is paradise. I guess you could say I’m a well-rounded woman who prioritizes joy, integrity, and freedom, and loves supporting others to do the same.
I grew up believing I shouldn’t express myself and pretending everything was always “fine,” even when it definitely wasn’t. I think that’s one of the things that drew me to becoming a therapist — once I discovered the value of authentic self-expression, I wanted to give others that space and permission, too.
