You’ve thought about it. A friend said it was worth trying. Your mom is pushing you to talk to someone. And, you know deep down, online therapy is probably a good idea. But...all the “buts”.

Finances.
It's amazing how we can drop $5 every day on a latte, but keep ourselves from spending the money we know we should on the things we need. Not just therapy! I'm not saying you need to give up your daily #PSL, but you might want to take another quick look at your budget.
Family & Friends.
Who else can say SO MUCH to you without saying a word? Gosh, it's truly mind-blowing. The power the people we love most have over us. Even when they aren't trying to use it. Especially when they "mean well". You've heard it. The tone. The look. Even the silence. It says so much in so little. It takes talent, really.
